This Privacy Policy explains how ASTERIA GLOBAL INC. ("Asteria", "we") collects and uses information through Asteria Connect, our web app for crew members, subcontractors and contractors, available at https://asteriaglobalus.com/connect/app/.
Name, mobile phone number, work area, trade, role, the days you log or are assigned to work, the time and your device location at the moment you check in and check out of a job (we do not track your location at any other time), photos of completed work you upload, job locations, payment and balance records, documents we upload for your account (such as payment statements), and your SMS consent choice with its date.
To manage crew accounts, schedule and assign jobs, record work days, calculate and record payments, and send you transactional notices (payment confirmations, balance updates, job assignments and approved work days) by text message if you opted in.
Text messages are optional. We only text users who opted in by checking the optional SMS consent box at sign-up, tapping "Yes" in the app, or using our SMS sign-up form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Access to account data is limited to the account holder and authorized Asteria administrators. We keep records as long as needed for payroll and legal obligations.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to update or delete your information.
