Consent (optional): Text messages are optional. Users opt in only by checking the optional SMS consent box (unchecked by default) when signing up at asteriaglobalus.com/connect/app, by tapping “Yes” on the SMS prompt inside the app (they can tap “No”), or on our SMS sign-up form. Users can create an account and use the app without opting in. Consent is not a condition of creating an account, employment or payment.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 1–10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
