Golightly
Residence
A home
transformed.
Entirely.
The Golightly Residence carries the bones of a great home — generous proportions, rich woodwork, and a natural connection to the outdoors. What it needs is a vision bold enough to honor that potential.
This proposal reimagines the heart of the home: a kitchen opened to the world, a bar that anchors the social experience, bathrooms that feel like a private retreat, and living spaces that finally breathe.
Every finish, every material, every detail selected by Asteria to create a home that is unmistakably elevated.
The Everyday
Raising a family
in a beautiful home
shouldn’t be a compromise.
The Golightly home is lived in fully — two children, morning routines, after-school chaos, weekend dinners that stretch late into the evening. A home like this doesn’t just need to be beautiful. It needs to work.
The open kitchen becomes the command center — backpacks land at the island, homework happens at the bar, dinner is made in full view of the family. The living room breathes again without carpet, wide enough for play, calm enough for rest.
Every material chosen for durability as much as beauty. Every space designed so that daily life — in all its beautiful disorder — fits elegantly inside it.
The Aesthetic
Japandi.
The art of
warm minimalism.
Japandi bridges Japanese ma — the beauty of intentional empty space — with Scandinavian warmth and craft. It is not cold minimalism. It is a home that feels deeply calm without feeling empty.
Natural oak tones against warm white walls. Matte black hardware as the only accent. Light that feels considered rather than abundant. Materials — stone, wood, linen — that age gracefully alongside the family.
The palette is intentionally restrained — because the life lived inside it is already full of color.
Color palette
“A space elegant enough for guests,
resilient enough for children,
and calm enough to come home to.”
