These Terms & Conditions govern use of Asteria Connect, the crew app operated by ASTERIA GLOBAL INC. at https://asteriaglobalus.com/connect/app/. By creating an account you agree to these terms. These Terms do not include consent to receive text messages; SMS is a separate, optional program described below.
Accounts are for Asteria crew members, subcontractors and contractors. You sign in with your mobile number and a private PIN; keep your PIN confidential. Asteria administrators may approve, update or deactivate accounts.
Work days you log are reviewed and approved by Asteria. Balances and payments shown in the app are records kept by Asteria; if you believe a record is wrong, contact us.
Text messages are optional. Accepting these Terms does not sign you up for text messages. You can create an account and use Asteria Connect without ever opting in to SMS. You only receive texts if you separately check the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box or sign up on our SMS sign-up form.
Program: ASTERIA GLOBAL INC. ("Asteria Connect") sends transactional text messages to users who opt in: payment confirmations, balance updates, job assignments and approved work-day notices.
Opt-in: check the optional SMS consent box when signing up, tap "Yes" on the SMS prompt in the app (you can tap "No"), or use the SMS sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of creating an account, employment or payment.
Message frequency varies (typically 1–10 messages per week). Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Help: reply HELP or call (747) 364-0061.
